Customize the navigation bar by adding views often used in your Todoist account. Access these views quickly, so more time is spent getting work done.
Any view added to a tab in the navigation bar is automatically removed from the Browse menu.
- Tap Browse in the bottom-right.
- Tap the gear icon at the top-right.
- Select Navigation.
- Tap Add to add the new tabs to the navigation bar.
- The Tab Bar options are Inbox, Today, Upcoming, Filters & Labels, Search, Browse, or Team.
- Tap Edit at the top-right corner.
- Drag tabs by the drag handles to rearrange the order, or remove tabs from the navigation bar.
- Tap the checkmark icon to confirm.
- Tap Browse in the bottom-right.
- Tap the gear icon in the top-right.
- Select Navigation bar.
- Tap Add to add the new tabs to the navigation bar.
- Drag tabs by the drag handles to rearrange the tab order.
- Tap the three dots icon and choose either Select navigation item to add a tab, or Remove to remove a tab from the menu.
If you want to restore the default options, press RESTORE DEFAULTS.
If you uninstall or log out of Todoist on iOS or Android, your navigation bar will reset to the default tabs: Inbox, Today, Upcoming, Team (if you're part of an active workspace) and Browse. After logging back in, you’ll need to re-add your preferred views to the navigation bar.
