Keep even the most complicated projects organized by breaking tasks out into sections. For example, if you’re launching a marketing campaign you might break tasks into sections with headers like “Email Newsletter”, “Blog Post”, and “Social Media”.
Simply add a colon : at the end of your task name to turn it into a section header. This will remove the task’s check box and make it uncompletable. (This will work on any platform – web, desktop, and mobile.)
You can nest sub-tasks underneath each section header, then toggle the arrow to the left of the header to temporarily hide them from view. This cleans up your project list and makes it easier to focus on the right tasks at the right time.
