Your name and avatar photo help collaborators recognize you in shared projects, comments, and task assignments. Change your name or photo in your Todoist settings on any device. You can upload a new avatar photo, take one on mobile, or remove it at any time. Here’s how:
- Click your avatar in the top-left.
- Select Settings.
- Select Manage account. Your account settings open in a browser, where you can:
- Change your name by typing your name in the name field.
- Change your avatar photo by clicking Change photo.
- Remove your avatar photo by clicking Remove photo.
- Click your avatar in the top-left.
- Select Settings. Now you can:
- Change your name by typing your name in the name field.
- Change your avatar photo by clicking Change photo.
- Remove your avatar photo by clicking Remove photo.
- Tap Browse in the bottom-right.
- Tap the gear icon in the top-right.
- Select Account. You can now:
- Change your name by tapping Name. Type in your new name and tap OK.
- Change your avatar by tapping your current avatar. You can then choose to either Take photo to take a photo and set it as your avatar, Choose photo to select a photo from your device, or Remove current photo to remove your current avatar.
- Tap Browse in the bottom-right.
- Tap the gear icon in the top-right.
- Tap Account. You can now:
- Change your name by tapping your current name. Enter your new name and tap Done.
- Change your avatar by tapping Edit under your current avatar. You can then either select Take Photo to take a photo and set it as your avatar, select Choose from Photos to select a photo from your device, or select Remove Current Photo to remove your current avatar.
Todoist shows only your first name next to your avatar.
