Need an idea for a workflow to organize your work and personal tasks? We prepared several setups to help you get started with Todoist, or get an idea of how you could manage your tasks. A setup includes projects, filters, and labels to copy into your account and start adjusting in a way that best suits you.
Use a setup
Each template has a description and a demo video to walk you through how to use it. Here's how to add a setup:
- Click the add icon next to My Projects.
- Select Browse Templates.
- Select the Setups tab in the sidebar.
- Open a setup that you’d like to preview. You can preview the content of projects, filters, and labels in this setup.
- Click Copy setup to add this setup to your Todoist account.
- Tap Browse at the bottom-right.
- Tap the add icon next to My Projects.
- Select Browse Templates.
- Select Setups.
- Tap a setup that you’d like to preview. You can preview the content of projects, filters, and labels in this setup.
- Tap Copy Setup to add this setup to your Todoist account.
Remove a setup
If you want to remove the entire setup after it's been added to your Todoist account, you'll need to individually delete the projects, filters, and labels.
FAQ
Can I import only specific projects, filters, or labels?
It's only possible to copy the whole setup. Once you import it, you can delete elements that do not suit your workflow.
