We’re sorry to hear that you’re considering deleting your Todoist account :( 


Deleting your account will delete all the data inside your Todoist including tasks, projects, labels, filters, comments, files, etc. If you delete your account, you will not be able to restore it or any data associated with the account.

If you're using Google or Facebook to sign in, you'll need to add a password to your Todoist account first in Settings > Account.

  1. Open the Todoist app or log in to your account at www.todoist.com.
  2. At the top right, click the gear icon and select Settings.
  3. Open the Account tab and click Delete my Todoist account.
  4. Enter your password and share any feedback about your Todoist experience in the comment box.
  5. Click Delete my account.
  1. On the top left of your Todoist, click the gear icon.
  2. Click Account to the right.
  3. Click Delete Account.
  4. Enter your email address and share any feedback about your Todoist experience.
  5. Click Delete.
  1. Tap the menu icon in the top left.
  2. Tap Settings > Account.
  3. Tap Delete Account.
  4. Enter your password.
  5. Tap Delete forever.
  1. While viewing your Todoist main page, tap the gear icon on the top right.
  2. Tap General > Account.
  3. Tap Delete Account.
  4. Enter your password.
  5. Tap Delete.
For Premium users: If you've paid for Todoist Premium through PayPal or the Google Play Store, please make sure to cancel any recurring payment subscription to prevent further charges.
