What payment methods can I use?

Whether you want a Pro subscription or upgrade your team workspace with a Business subscription, there are several payment methods you can use when upgrading.

Will I have to buy a subscription for each of my devices?

No. Your subscription is tied to your Todoist account and not to a specific device. As a Pro user, you’re able to use all Pro features on any of your devices, as long as you’re logged in with the same account.

How do I cancel my subscription?

How to cancel your subscription depends on which plan you’re currently on. You can view guidelines for both Pro and Business subscriptions in this article.

Can I change my billing cycle?

If you subscribed via our website, the App Store, or Google Play, you can change your billing cycle by following the instructions here.

What currencies do you accept?

If you’re paying directly through our website, you can pay in AUD, CAD, DKK, EUR, GBP, JPY, NOK, SEK or USD. If you're paying through the App Store or Google Play you may be able to pay in other currencies as well.

What cards do you accept?

We accept Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, and American Express. Additionally, if you're paying in USD, you can also use Discover, JCB, Diners Club, and UnionPay.

Can I pay by bank transfer?

No, unfortunately not.

Can I pay by check?

No, unfortunately, payments by check are not accepted.
