Mailplane is an email client for macOS. By integrating Mailplane with Todoist, you'll be able to create tasks based on Mailplane conversations.
Set up the integration
Great news! Todoist is already automatically connected with Mailplane.
Use the integration
- Open a conversation in Mailplane.
- Select the text you’d like to see in the comment section of the new task. Mailplane copies the entire current message if you don’t select text.
- Select File > Save Clip > Todoist (or use Shift ⇧ + Cmd ⌘ + E).
- Use the Quick Add dialog box to customize task details, then select Add Task to save the task to Todoist.
Remove the integration
The Todoist integration doesn’t require a separate connection, so there’s nothing to disable in the Mailplane app. If you no longer want to save clips to Todoist, stop using the Save Clip > Todoist menu option in Mailplane.
