Starting December 10, 2025, the Todoist Business plan will cost:

Our commitment to teamwork continues. Coming soon, you can expect new functionality designed to make your teamwork more transparent and efficient, such as team filters for quickly sorting team tasks and Project Insights for a clearer view of project progress.
This price update will directly support our continued investment in the powerful features and reliability your team counts on. Moreover, updating our pricing allows us to keep improving Todoist and ensure it remains a reliable, secure, and productive platform for your team.
When this change takes effect
The new pricing will apply automatically on your next renewal date on or after December 10, 2025.
- If your team is on a monthly plan, you'll see the new rate on your first invoice on or after this date.
- If your team is on a yearly plan, your subscription will renew at the new price at the end of your current billing cycle (if it ends on or after this date).

FAQ
Will my subscription update automatically?
Yes, the new price will automatically apply to your next renewal on or after December 10, 2025. No action is needed on your part unless you wish to change your plan or billing cycle.
What if my team’s size changes before renewal?
Changes to your team size are handled as follows:
- Members added before December 10, 2025: If you add new members before this date, you'll be charged for them at your current (old) rate.
- Members added on or after December 10, 2025: If you add a new member on or after this date, they will be charged at the new rate ($10 USD/month or $8 USD/user/year). This charge will be prorated.
Here’s an example:
- Your yearly subscription started on November 15, 2025 (Original purchase date is the 15th)
- You add a new member on January 20, 2026.
- On February 15, 2026, you will receive one prorated invoice for that new member. The invoice will cover the period from January 20, 2026 (the date they were added) until November 15, 2026 (the end of your yearly cycle).
- When your plan renews on November 15, 2026, your renewal invoice will include all current members at the applicable rate for the next year.
On your main renewal date, your invoice will reflect the new, total number of members for the full upcoming year.
Can I move to the Pro plan?
The Pro plan is designed for individuals so it’s not possible to move your team to the Pro plan.
However, if you are the only member in the workspace and want to move your own individual account to the Pro plan, you can do so by following the steps to cancel your Business plan before changing subscription to the Pro plan.
What currencies does Todoist support for billing?
Todoist supports billing in several currencies. The pricing effective December 10, 2025, for the Business plan in supported currencies is as follows:
