Beta features
Features currently under development that you may see in your Todoist. No opt-in is required - if you see it, you can use it.
Beta features are in the final testing stages, but may change or be discontinued based on feedback and real-world usage.

How is beta different from experimental features?
Experimental features are early explorations that require opt-in and might change dramatically. Beta features are in the final testing stages and available to use without opting in. Both types are under active development and may change or be discontinued.
Officially launched
Fully finished and no longer labeled as beta or experiment.
Once a feature is officially launched, you’ll find it in our standard help center articles and it’s considered complete. We still improve and update features over time based on your feedback, but the core experience is finalized.

Why am I seeing a beta feature if I haven’t enabled experimental features?
Beta features are stable enough to be available to everyone on the plan they’re designed for, so they don’t require you to turn on Experimental features. Think of it this way: Experimental = very early testing; Beta = ready to use but still under development.
