The dashboard is the first thing you see when you open Automations. It greets you by name and the time of day, then gives you a snapshot of your workspace: how many automations you have, how many are running, and a timeline of what they've done recently. What it shows depends on where you are.
If you don't have any automations yet
The dashboard looks different before you‘ve installed anything. There are no stat tiles and no activity to show yet. Instead, you’ll see a Get started with one click section with a handful of popular automations you can enable with a single click, no chat required, plus a Browse all templates link if none of them fit.
The stat tiles
Once you have at least one automation, four tiles summarize your workspace at a glance:
- Installed automations: the total number available in your workspace, whether they're turned on or not.
- Enabled: how many of those are currently turned on.
- Active this week: how many have actually run in the last 7 days.
- Needs attention: how many need a follow-up, for example a broken connection or a run that couldn't complete.
Just below the tiles, an Attention needed section appears whenever there‘s something waiting on you, such as an alert about a run or a pending question from an automation that needs your input before it can continue. It’s only there when something needs it.
Recent activity
Recent activity is a timeline of your automations‘ runs, grouped by day with the most recent first. Each entry shows the automation’s name, when it ran, and a status badge. When there's something to show, it also includes a summary of what happened, a way to copy the result, and a View automation link on hover that takes you straight to that automation's page.
A run's status badge can be:
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Completed | The run finished successfully |
| Needs attention | The run failed |
| Skipped | The run didn't start because your balance was insufficient |
| In progress | The run is still going |
| Cancelled | The run was stopped before it finished |
| Data expired | A less common state you may see occasionally |
Other things you might see here
- No recent runs yet: if you have automations but none have run yet, you'll see a message here instead of a timeline. It clears the first time one of them runs.
- Loading recent activity: a brief loading state while your activity is fetched.
- Partial load: if some activity couldn't be loaded, a note says so above the list. Whatever did load is still shown, so nothing is hidden because of the error.
