Your feedback shapes what we build next in Todoist Comms.
There are two ways to send it: the Contact option inside Todoist Comms, which comes straight to our support team, and a shared feedback workspace where you can talk to us directly and to the other teams trying Todoist Comms.
Send feedback from Todoist Comms
This is the quickest route, and it goes directly to our support team. Use it for anything about your account, to report bugs on Todoist Comms, share feature requests, and much more.
- Open Help & resources in Todoist Comms.
- Select Contact us.
- Describe what happened, what you expected, and which device you were using.
- Select Send.
You’ll get a reply by email or when you open a ticket within Todoist Comms/Todoist.
Join the feedback workspace
The feedback workspace is a separate Todoist Comms workspace for teams in early access. It’s where we post what’s changed, and where you can also raise bugs, ideas, and questions in the open. Other teams can see what you post, and you can see theirs. Joining is optional.
- Open the invite link we sent you by email.
- Select Join workspace.
- Read the How to share feedback thread.
- Start a new thread for each bug, idea, or question you want to raise.
See what happens next
Everything you send is read by the team building Todoist Comms. After that:
- Bugs: we reproduce them, file them, and tell you when the fix ships
- Ideas and requests: we log them and weigh them against what we’re already building
- Questions: we answer them directly, and turn the common ones into Help Center articles
A few weeks into early access, we’ll also send you one short survey that will help us further shape Todoist Comms.
