Subscribe to or unsubscribe from Todoist emails

Available for:

Make sure you’re only receiving emails about the things that are important to you, by updating your email subscription settings. Here are the different types of emails you can receive from us:

  • Daily Digest: Includes productivity stats and tasks due today. Sent every morning.
  • What's new: Includes product news from the Todoist team. Usually sent once a month or less.
  • Tips and Tricks: Productivity tips. Usually sent once a month.
  • Todoist Business: Important info about your Todoist Business account.
  • New login alert: Get notified every time a new device is logged into your account. 
To receive (or stop receiving) emails about activity in your shared projects, update your Notification Settings.

How to change your email subscription settings

  1. Click your avatar in the top-right corner of Todoist.
  2. Click Settings.
  3. Open the Notifications tab.
  4. Scroll down to Todoist emails.
  5. Use the toggles next to the emails in order to select the ones you would like to receive.
  6. Select Update.

  2. Tap the gear icon in the top right corner to open Settings.
  3. Select Notifications.
  4. Tap Subscribed emails.
  5. Use the checkboxes to select which emails you wish to receive.

How do I unsubscribe from marketing and service emails?

If you would like to unsubscribe from Todoist marketing emails, you can change your marketing preferences via the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing email or the in-app settings menu. You can learn more about these emails in this article.
