Separate your high-impact tasks from the everyday noise by adding important projects, labels, and filters to your favorites.
When you add a project, filter, or label as a favorite, it appears in the Favorites section of the sidebar. Your favorites sync across all your devices.
Add a project to favorites
- In the sidebar, click the three dots icon beside the project name to view more project actions.
- Select Add to favorites from the menu.
The project will appear in the Favorites section of the sidebar.
- Tap Browse at the bottom-right.
- Swipe right on the project to add it as a favorite.
- Tap the heart icon.
The project will appear in the Favorites section of the navigation.
- Tap Browse at the bottom-right.
- Tap My projects to add a personal project as a favorite or tap your team’s name to add a team project as a favorite.
- Tap the pencil icon at the top-right.
- Tap the heart icon beside the project to add it as a favorite.
The project will appear in the Favorites section of the navigation.
Add a filter or label to favorites
- Click Filters & Labels in the sidebar.
- Click the heart icon beside the filter or label you want to add to your favorites.
Your filter or label will show up in the Favorites section of the sidebar.
- Tap Browse at the bottom-right.
- Swipe right on the name of the filter or label you want to add to your favorites.
- Tap the heart icon.
Your filter or label will show up in the Favorites section.
- Tap Browse at the bottom-right.
- Tap Filters & Labels.
- Tap Manage filters or Manage labels.
- Tap the heart icon beside the filter or label you want to add as a favorite.
The filter or label will show up in the Favorites section.
Remove a project from favorites
- Right-click the project in the Favorites section of the sidebar.
- Select Remove from favorites.
- Tap Browse at the bottom-right.
- Swipe right on the project to remove as a favorite.
- Tap the heart strikethrough icon.
- Tap Browse at the bottom-right.
- Tap My projects to remove a personal project as a favorite or tap your team’s name to remove a team project as a favorite.
- Tap the pencil icon at the top-right.
- Tap the heart strikethrough icon beside the project to remove as a favorite.
Remove a filter or label from favorites
- Right-click the filter or label in the Favorites section of the sidebar.
- Select Remove from favorites.
- Swipe right on the name of the filter or label to remove as a favorite.
- Tap the heart strikethrough icon.
- Tap Browse at the bottom-right.
- Tap Filters & Labels.
- Tap Manage filters or Manage labels.
- Tap the heart strikethrough icon beside the filter or label to remove as a favorite.
Reorder favorites
Favorites are listed in the same order as they appear in your projects, labels, and filters lists.
To change the order in the Favorites section, drag the project, filter, or label to a new position in its own list. The Favorites section shows the new order.
You can’t change the order of the favorites categories. They’re always listed as projects, labels, and then filters.
