Make someone an admin of your Todoist Business account

If you want to turn one of your Todoist Business team members into an admin, here’s how:

You have to be the team admin to make someone else into an admin.
  1. Log in to your Todoist account on https://todoist.com.
  2. Click your avatar in the top-right corner.
  3. Select Business admin.
  4. Go to the Users tab.
  5. Find the user you want to turn into an admin and click the gear icon to the right.
  6. Select Make admin.

How can I remove admin status from a team member? 

  1. Log in to your Todoist account on https://todoist.com.
  2. Click your avatar in the top-right corner.
  3. Select Business admin.
  4. Go to the Users tab.
  5. Find the user you want to remove the admin status from and click the gear icon to the right.
  6. Select Remove admin status.
  7. Click OK to confirm.
