If you want to update your Business billing cycle, billing information, or download your invoices, here's how:
- Log in to your Todoist account at https://todoist.com.
- Click on your workspace in the sidebar.
- Click on the gear icon in the top-right.
- Go to the Billing tab.
- Click on Manage billing.
- To update your billing cycle, click on Update plan.
- To update your name, address, or VAT ID, click on Update below Billing Information.
- To update your credit card information, click on the pencil icon to the right of your current credit card information.
- To download your invoice, click on the invoice you need below Invoice History.
Can you send the invoices to a different email address?
Unfortunately, this is not supported. The invoices are only sent to the admin of your Business team.
What happens when my Business subscription expires and I don’t have an active card?
Your Business plan will be cancelled, and your workspace be returned to the Starter plan. None of your data will be lost, but you'll lose access to Business features. Learn more.
Can I change the billing currency for an active Business subscription?
It's not possible to change the billing currency of an active subscription. You'll need to cancel your current Business subscription first, and then sign up for a new subscription.
