If you want to update your Todoist Business billing information, here’s how:
You have to be the team admin to manage your Todoist billing information.
- Log in to your Todoist account on https://todoist.com.
- Click your avatar in the top-right corner.
- Select Business admin.
- Go to the Account & Billing tab.
- To update your account information, go to Your Business account:
- To update your team name, click Edit beside Team Name.
- To update your address, click Edit beside Invoice Address.
- To update your country, click the dropdown beside Invoice Country.
- To update your VAT ID, click Edit beside VAT ID.
- To update your credit card information, scroll down to Billing information and click Update billing information.
- Enter your credit card information and click Update to finish.
- Enter your credit card information and click Update to finish.

Turn off auto-renew
If you don’t want your Business subscription to automatically renew itself, turn it off by removing your credit card details. Here’s how:
- Log in to your Todoist account on https://todoist.com.
- Click your avatar in the top-right corner.
- Select Business admin.
- Next, on the left-hand side, select the Account & Billing tab.
- Click Remove my card.

Can you send the invoices to a different email address?
Unfortunately, this is not currently possible. The invoices are sent to the admin of your Business team.
What happens when my Business subscription expires and I don’t have an active card?
You and your team won’t be able to use any of the Business features like reminders, but you can still access all your tasks and projects, including Team Inbox.
I’ve added an active card again after my Business subscription expired. Will my subscription automatically reactivate/renew?
Yes, your subscription will automatically reactivate or renew. If you’ve added an active card but you’re still not able to use the Business features, please contact us.
