If you cancel your Premium or Business subscription within 30 days of the purchase, you may be eligible for a full refund. Here's how to apply for a refund:
Please contact our support team to request a refund for purchases made via the Todoist website or the Google Play Store.
Apple doesn’t allow us (or any developers) to process refunds for payments made via their store. If you’ve made the purchase via the App Store, please contact Apple directly with your refund request.
Todoist Premium purchases made via the Microsoft Store can't be refunded by either Doist or Microsoft. At this time, Microsoft does not honor the refund policies of vendors for purchases made in the Microsoft Store. For more information, please refer to the Microsoft Store’s Terms of Sale.
Before we can process your refund, you’ll be required to cancel your Business team first:
- Log in to your Todoist account on https://todoist.com.
- Click the gear icon on the top right and select Todoist Business Admin.
- Next, on the left-hand side, select the Account & Billing tab.
- Click on Cancel Todoist Business and confirm you want to cancel the Business team by selecting the reason, entering your Todoist password and clicking Cancel Todoist Business.
Once this is done, please contact our support team with the refund request and provide your payment receipt or order reference ID.
