If you don’t want your Business subscription to automatically renew itself, turn it off by removing your credit card details. Here’s how:
- Log in to your Todoist account on https://todoist.com.
- Click your avatar in the top-right corner and select Business admin.
- Next, on the left-hand side, select the Account & Billing tab.
- Click Remove my card.
What happens when my Business subscription expires and I don’t have an active card?
You and your team won’t be able to use any of the Business features like reminders, but you can still access all your tasks and projects, including Team Inbox.
