If you have an active Todoist subscription via the App Store, but are not able to use any Pro features, try the following:
If you’ve purchased a Todoist subscription via the macOS App Store:
- Open the Todoist app and click your avatar in the top-left.
- Select Upgrade to Pro.
- Click Refresh subscription at the bottom of the pop-up.
If you’ve purchased a Todoist subscription via the iOS App Store:
- Open the Todoist app.
- Tap the gear icon at the top-right.
- Select Todoist Pro.
- Tap Refresh subscription below the Subscribe Now button.
Refresh subscription only works on the platform you’ve used to purchase the Todoist subscription. For example, iOS App Store purchases can only be activated or renewed in the iOS Todoist app.
