If you have an active Todoist subscription via the App Store but are not able to use any Pro features, try the following:
If you’ve purchased a Todoist subscription via the macOS App Store:
- Open the Todoist app and click your avatar in the top-right corner.
- Select Upgrade to Pro.
- At the bottom of the pop-up, click Refresh subscription.
If you’ve purchased a Todoist subscription via the iOS App Store:
- Open the Todoist app.
- In the Todoist main screen, on the top right, tap the gear icon.
- Select Todoist Pro.
- Below the Subscribe Now button, tap Refresh subscription.
Refresh subscription only works on the platform you’ve used to purchase the Todoist subscription. For example, iOS App Store purchases can only be activated or renewed in the iOS Todoist app.
