- Visit todoist.com/redeem.
- Log in to your account (if you aren't logged in already).
- Enter the code in the Serial Code text box.
- Press Upgrade.
- You’ll see a confirmation that the upgrade has worked.
Can I redeem a promo code if I’ve already used one?
If you’ve used a promo code in the last 12 months, you'll not be able to redeem another one until those 12 months have passed.
I am a Business user and I would like to use a Pro promo code. Is this possible?
No, unfortunately not. Pro promo codes can only be applied to Free or Pro accounts.
Can I redeem a promo code if I already subscribed to the Pro plan?
Yes, you can still use a promo code.
- If you subscribed via our website, the promo code will pause charges for the duration of the code (e.g. 3 months).
- If you subscribed on mobile via in-app (Google Play or App Store), the Pro time will be automatically added to your subscription time, but this will not change the auto-renewal date on the mobile store. You can cancel the subscription to make use of the "free months". In case if you keep the subscription active, the auto-renewal will extend Pro on top of the existing time – Pro time is never lost.
