Can I redeem a promo code if I’ve already used one?
If you’ve used a promo code in the last 12 months, you'll not be able to redeem another one until those 12 months have passed.
I am a Business user and I would like to use a Pro promo code. Is this possible?
No, unfortunately not. Pro promo codes can only be applied to Beginner or Pro accounts.
Can I redeem a promo code if I already subscribed to the Pro plan?
Yes, you can still use a promo code.
- If you subscribed via our website, the promo code will pause charges for the duration of the code (e.g. 3 months).
- If you subscribed on mobile via in-app (Google Play or App Store), our promo codes work through our website checkout, so they can't be applied directly to a mobile subscription. Contact our support team and share your code with us — we'll add the Pro time to your account. To use the free time right away, you can cancel your current subscription and resubscribe once it runs out.
