Specifying your task’s Todoist project in Fantastical

In Fantastical, you can specify which Todoist project you’d like to add your new task to by typing a / (slash) in the event creation window, followed by the name of the project. For example, type /Home to add the task to your #Home project in Todoist.

Adding a priority level to your task

In Fantastical, you can quickly set the priority of a new task by typing exclamation points ! into the event creation window. Type ! (one exclamation point) to add P3, type !! (two exclamation points) to add P2, and !!! (three exclamation points) to add P1 to your task.
