New Task View: Available for all Experimentalists on Web!
No more need to toggle on the new task view! Our team has been hard at work tweaking the task view based on your feedback, and we’re happy to announce that this feature is now available for all Experimentalists!
Already have the Experimental features toggled on? Great! Simply sit back and enjoy your sub-tasks, comments, due dates, labels, and more – all in one place.
Your feedback makes a difference! Keep sharing issues and improvement requests via the task view survey. The team review replies weekly.
Reminders Research ⏰
Do you use reminders in Todoist? Our Designer Alex put together a survey to gather information on how you use reminders in your day-to-day. Share your thoughts directly with Alex by booking an interview slot (limited slots available), or by taking this short survey.

Latest Experiments 🧪
Our team has enabled a closed experiment to test a new task view in Todoist. While it’s still very early, we would love some feedback.
To activate this experiment:
- Go to Settings > Advanced
- Under Experimental Features, enable New task view
- Start testing and send your feedback
Individual versus Collaborative task management 🤝
We’re looking to interview experimentalists who use Todoist individually, but use a separate tool for task and project collaboration at work. Is that you? Fill out this short survey →
Search on Android 🔎
Clicking search on Android will open in a bottom sheet, same as navigation or notifications. More consistency, less scavenger hunts. 😊
